Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CanPR ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
CanPR is an AI-powered platform that provides:
- Immigration and PR pathway reports
- CRS and program eligibility analysis
- Drafting of documents such as LOEs and purpose letters
- Refusal analysis and structured reports
- Automated monitoring of draws and policy updates
- Personalized AI assistance based on your profile
The Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
2. No Legal Advice
You acknowledge and agree that:
- CanPR does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
- No lawyer–client or RCIC–client relationship is created by using the Service.
- Information generated by the Service may not be suitable for your specific legal situation.
For legal advice about your immigration case, you should consult a licensed immigration lawyer or regulated consultant.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge
- Not misuse automated features or attempt to bypass limits
- Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Review all generated content before using it in any official submission to IRCC or other authorities
We are not responsible for negative outcomes caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information that you provide.
4. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to:
- Not share your account with other individuals
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.
5. Subscription Terms
Some features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you agree to:
- Recurring billing through our payment provider (Stripe)
- Charges at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal until you cancel your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically grant a refund for the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Premium Document Credits
Certain subscription plans may include one or more Premium document credits per billing cycle. Premium documents may include:
- Refusal Rescue Packages
- Full Document Packages
- Complex LOE bundles
- Other high-value, long-form immigration document packages as defined in the plan
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
7. Fair Use
To ensure stable service for all users, we apply a fair use policy. You agree that:
- We may monitor aggregated usage patterns to detect abuse or automated exploitation
- Excessive, abnormal, or abusive usage may result in temporary limitations
- In severe cases, we may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- The payment information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You will promptly update your information if your payment method changes
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Fair Use Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as expressly stated in that Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for immigration outcomes or decisions made by IRCC or other authorities
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the <strong>30 days</strong> preceding the claim
11. Data & Privacy
We store user data primarily in Canada, unless otherwise disclosed, and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
