1. Information We Collect

• Immigration Profile Data: CRS information, education, work experience, personal history, program eligibility, and other form inputs you provide.
• Uploaded Documents: refusal letters, IRCC correspondence, resumes, LOEs, or supporting documents you upload for analysis.
• Usage Data: interactions within the dashboard, AI requests, and preferences.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps.

We do not collect government-issued ID numbers or financial information. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized immigration reports and documents,
• Provide AI-powered analysis and recommendations,
• Deliver services such as Refusal Rescue, PR Pathway analysis, and document packages,
• Monitor Express Entry draws and policy changes (if subscribed),
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our automated tools,
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries,
• Detect misuse, fraud, and security issues,
• Send service updates, notifications, or important alerts.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

All user data—including profile data, documents, chat logs, and account information—is stored securely in Canada-based servers unless otherwise stated. This includes databases hosted via Supabase and/or encrypted cloud storage.

4. How AI Models Process Your Data

When generating reports or analyzing documents, your information may be processed by AI models (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI). To protect your privacy:

• Sensitive personal identifiers (UCI, Application ID, passport numbers, etc.) are automatically removed before processing.
• Uploaded documents are processed securely and are not used to train AI models.
• AI outputs belong to you and are not shared with others.

5. When We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties when necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (authentication and database storage)
• Resend / Email providers (notifications, receipts)
• AI infrastructure (Gemini API calls for document generation)

All partners adhere to strict data-protection requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your documents and profile information for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request:

• Access to your personal data,
• Correction of inaccurate information,
• Deletion of documents or your full account,
• Download/export of your data (where possible).

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use functional cookies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may no longer work.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure access control, and industry-standard handling of documents and uploads.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
